How my approaches work together


I work in a way that honours the whole of you — your mind, your emotions, your body, your intuition, and your beliefs. Each of the methods I use offers something different, and when combined, they create a flexible, deeply supportive space for change.
Rather than fitting you into a single model, I draw from Hypnotherapy, IEMT, and Past Life Regression depending on what you need in the moment. This means we can work gently, creatively, and at your pace — always with safety, clarity, and collaboration at the centre.
