The sessions
After an initial consultation, where we would discuss your individual concerns, or goals you might have, I usually suggest 4 further therapy sessions. These sessions can include regression to events in your past that still cause you to think negatively about yourself; we can then resolve the issues so you no longer have that doubting voice in your mind.
I then use lots of positive suggestions and visualisation. The sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether its your self-esteem (the inner you) or your confidence (the outer you) that needs a boost, or if it is that you have a specific goal, such as public speaking.
